In 2001 right before the disaster of the tween tower in new York I got through the border illegally. I was able to obtain the TPS because at the time we had wars in my country in el Salvador. I would like to know if now after 10 years here in the united state living with TPS if there is a possibility to obtain some kind of legal permits?

Je vous salue Son Excellence,
Je suis pret a supporter tous vos efforts pour l’amelioration de notre pays. Mr le President veuillez penser aux points suivants: les taxes des transferts et des appels en Haiti sont
les plus hauts du monde alors que nous sommes a quelques pas des USA. Ces compagnies nous purgent deja, elles ne peuvent pas reduire leurs profits pour encourager la diaspora et profiter l’education de nos jeunes? Sinon, l’espoir serait maigre. Les taxes douanieres sont decouragentes pour nous autres. Seul Haiti taxes et ne recoit bons services et protection.Vous pouvez compter sur moi si justice est pratiquee de maniere impartiale. Elles prennent le devant pour ne pas enlever le numero 2 et 3 ajouter au profit de pilleurs au detriment de l’economie nationale.

I strongly feel that Haiti and the Haitian community in the diaspora were truly well represented by President Martelly during his first official visit in Washington. His statement was concise and on-target. So, let’s give him a chance to govern the country over the next 5 years. Haiti’s future is in the hand of us Haitians–not our foreign friends’.
